COPY.ARC

This is a renamed and slightly modified version of PPIP19 from John Elliott's
web site:

Only two changes have been implemented:

1.  When run without parameters the program announces itself as COPY rather
    than PPIP.

2.  On CP/M 3 the screen width determination is done by interrogating the
    System Control Block.

The archive also contains a MOVE command which simply invokes COPY with the
/M option.  This command was created with CHN31.
