Just another implementation of a tool to convert text files between linux
and CP/M.  I wrote this a while ago when I was working in an isolated
environment with no internet access and I needed something in a hurry.

(By "working" I mean fiddling around with CP/M stuff while on a boat trip.)

Anyway, I actually use this quite often.  I do have a compatible tool on
linux so this one is just for convenience.  It means I don't have to
transfer a file between systems just to fix a trivial issue like line
endings.
