I have some 30-pin simms I haven't ever bothered to ID. I have 3 like this: 
, each with 9 chips KM41C1000BJ-7 on them, (1m fast page mode, I think)

and a buncha these: 3 chips,  2 HM514400ALS7 and a HM511000AJP7

and some more 3 chip simms of similar design. Probably not worth much to 
anyone.
