All gone.  If you run some MHTL part numbers, say, MC660* by the NTE
cross-reference at:

http://www.nteinc.com/

they all come up with "NTEOBS-NLA"; i.e. NTE obsolete, no longer available.
 I wonder if 4000 series CMOS might provide some of the functionality at
slower speeds...
