No objections from me. As I've said before, anything I post here I 
consider to be 'published' anyway, so I don't object to further distribution

But I do feel my name should remain attached to it. Firstly so people see 
the sort of things I get up to, and secondly so that they know who to 
flame when (not if) I make a mistake.
