Emergency Moderation Mode off

Have you turned emergency moderation mode back on, or is there a problem 
with the list?

I ask as I've not received any mail from the list in nearly 18 hours (the 
last message I received was sent by "Dave Dunfield", subject "Re: floppy 
media failure" at 02:49), but I see some 40 odd new messages when accessing 
the list archives on the web....
