Converting .TD0 to .IMD / yet another new utility

I tried a handful of machines here, but with no useful positive results. It's 
been at the back of my mind to ask you, though: is it at all useful to also 
collect information on what mainboards/adapters are known to *read* various 
"non PC" disks OK?

Whilst writing is obviously desirable, reading at least allows people to 
contribute to any kind of global repository (even if they can't recreate 
submissions from others).

I too was surprised that there weren't more contributions from people who'd 
tried the utility, though.
