Thanks Jay.  I had given up trying to find the right connectors new.
Mouser lists part 1-640511-0 as No Stock, but Digi-Key lists them in
stock $1.11

No, eBay practice is to take a perfectly good working cable and then
cut it in half and then sell that.  :-)
