Last time I bought MEK was at the hardware store. I believe it has since 
been re-classified as a carcinogen or oxone destroying or baby seal 
killing substance, and isn't available to the general public anymore. 
Fortunately, I bought a quart 15 years ago and haven't used it up yet. 
Most of the use is through evaporation...
