Alvarion stuff is bad for this, particularly when used in conjunction 
with Cisco switches.  The most recent Cisco firmware just makes the 
problem worse, because if you specify the speed and duplex settings on 
the switch, it will fall back to auto/auto if it loses its connection. 
Like, for instance, when you reboot the wireless bridge...
