 Yes yes but of course. But that presumes the
availability of 1. I had never seen one of these
things until about a year or so ago. That's why I
ordered 50 when I found a source! But if there is a
header connector coming off the mobo, then using a
modern cable is the next less strenuous method, for if
you have to eliminate pin 34, reducing a common cable
to scrap (though not really) is the least painful
solution I think.
