We just (12:20) had a tiny one in Oakland. I'll guess about 3.0 USGS thinks that it was about a mile N of the Macarthur mess. Whether or not you notice the tiny ones is largely a function of how tall your collection is piled. (A 5150 PC Tech manual on top of one of the bookcases fell)
