Yes they did--both 96 tpi and 48 tpi during the last throes of the
company. But, AFAIK, all of the Vector hard-sectored units were 100
tpi.
I don't know about some of the old WP equipment (e.g. Lanier) that
took HS 5.25" floppies, but I don't think that any were 100 tpi.
