Intersil still manufactures the CDP1802ACD3, though it is rather
expensive at $89.24 USD:

For the user manual, you want RCA publication MPM-201.  There's a very

The earlier rev A document is probably just as good for your purposes,
and a black and white scan of it (under 8MB) is available here:
