No that I can understand. There are far too few hours in a week to sort 
out all classic computer problems. Darn it, while I want to have all my 
machines running in the end, I have machines that I've had for 10 years 
and not got round to yet.

In that case, I generally draw them out myself. Often it's the only way 
to get schematics of computer devices. It takes time, but I find it's 
worth it in the end.
