Are you perhaps looking for vcm.org or vcm.com ?
As far as I can recall, the Vintage Computer Markeplace was always hosted on
the vintage.org domain, which is alive and well.  Go to
www.vintage.org/marketplace.  It's not working, but there is a page there.
