Article about Seattle schools still running a VAX

I think the problem is that their current software can't do what they
need it to do.
Moving to an emulator will only move the problem..they somehow,
apparently, need a new set of applications software.

No, but VEST will go to Alpha, and then you can use AEST to go to IA64.
