Dunno why that took me to ebay.ca (which I never even knew existed before).  
That appears to be another aftermarket supply,  and I *may* have seen those 
before.  No power on-off switch or user-accessible fuse is apparent -- I'm 
going to ask the seller about it by way of ebay.com,  the item number if 
anyone's interested is 250263634041.

Way cheaper than the CPS-10,  but then not as robust or as well-built,  I'd 
say.
