I can also recommend the book.  I have a copy that I got, I think,
from the Oxfam bookshop at the top of Park Street, Bristol (Tony
probably remembers that one).  I can also recommend the other books
in the EDN series, The Art And Science Of Analog Circuit Design, by
Jim Williams and Troubleshhoting Analog Circuits, by Bob Pease.
