Sounds good to me, I would reword it to read ...

"... with the assumed or explicit permission of intellectual property owners of record."

And then add .....
"If any intellectual property owners feel abused by this, then by all means speek up and place your 
concerns on the record, so they may be addressed."

I think I will add that to my BS: page, I kinda think it says it all.
