Just be aware that PDP-8 cases were sold in the 1980s in the UK
by Display Electronics.  They were empty of all the PDP-8 internals,
and intended as cases for your homebrew microcomputer.  I think
they were originally used by Reuters, when they had PDP-8 boards
in them.  A friend of mine had one, which he used as a case for
his Apple ][.  I expect he still hs it.
