Yes, 8 is the big size.  Lets you do TrueColor at >1152x900.  (You can
with 4M, too, but everything after the 4M point duplicates pixels from
elsewhere on the screen - it appears to be just not decoding the high
address bit.  Not actually very useful.)

I think the 20 can actually do quad-CPU; while it has only two Mbus
slots, I seem to recall that someone made Mbus modules with two CPUs in
a single Mbus form factor.

Sounds like a sweet 20, alright.  Whoever ends up with it take good
