He is indeed, and was gracious enough to contact me despite any 
potential negative implications of my use of the term "sniping." ;^)

He's offered to make the contents available somehow. Let's give him a 
chance to receive it first! I'd be happy to make it available if it 
isn't convenient for him to do so.
