Tektronix 4108 terminal?

The Tek mouse is a 3 button Logitech wedge shaped mouse.  However I
seem to remember it is a parallel mouse  where the normal PC one was a
serial mouse and not compatible. D9 connector.

It worked with all Tek terminals of the day.
