DEQNA/DELQA cab kit with DEUNA/DELUA?

The transceiver cable connects the following signals from the DEUNA to
the AUI connector:

    1   Power
    4   Power return
    6   Receive+
    7   Receive-
    10  Transmit+
    11  Transmit-
    14  Collision+
    15  Collision-
    20  Fuse low

In addition, the other pins on the DEUNA connector are:

    2   Power (same as pin 1)
    3   Power return (same as pin 4)
    5   Ground
    8   Ground
    9   Ground
    12  Ground
    13  Ground
    16  Ground
    17  Open
    18  Open
    19  Open

I'll try to get a chance to scan the DEUNA print set this week and send it
over to bitsavers.
