It's what I originally suspected.  I had the CD wire going to the wrong 
pin on the card end of the wiring harness.  It was going to pin 12 when it 
should've been going to pin 15.

Changing the pinout while everything was installed was a challenge, 
especially while simultaneously trying to avoid touching the yoke on the 
CRT neck. :)
