You're right. It is _possible_ that Steve made a business agreement. (Though I doubt it.)

I have to agree...though I believe that Steve would not object, there is nothing better than asking him.

Though I got the idea that Bitsavers would prefer NOT to host this volume. And by now there must be so many copies floating among us that I should think that it will eventually be hosted by someone with a classic computer website.
