I've never seen one, but it's logical to suppose that a double-speed 
drive that handles 1.3MB media has been made.  I'd expect to find it 
in Japan moreso than the West, however, since the Japanese used to be 
pretty much wedded to the NEC 9801 series archtecture that used 360 
RPM drives for everything.
