So, he has lurred about 20K people to look, for a total cost of about twenty dollars spread out over the 
years.

If 1 in 4 went go on to look at his store, then his cost is about 10 cents per hundred viewers!
even at a 1 in 10 a hundred viewers is still less than what Google costs.
He is a power seller so he is doing an ongoing business based on those eyeballs of at least $1k or more 
per month to offset the ~$1.50 per month in listing fees to keep it going.

What I want to see is the "Declined" offers!
