If you're talking bare chips: from the back pages of Kilobaud, May'77,
SD Sales has a deal on 21L02's (1K*1,500nS): 8 for $12.95 

Prices from other back-page retailers are similar, around 1.20 - 1.70 for 2102's.

Here's another deal from '79, 2114's (1K*4): 8 for $45-50, so still around 12$
per KByte.

Granted, those are all probably floor sweepings.
