Does anyone have any info about 1970s-era National Semiconductor LED modules?

I was just on...

Mine is some flavor of Minuteman 3.

Not me... this is a $3 thrift store find from a few years back. Now
it's hard to find LED calcs in that venue - just too old for folks to
run across and discard. Plenty of cheap chinese LCD world
clock/alarm/calculators now though (and I already have one that's
CompuServe branded and another that's Sanrio branded, so I don't need
more of them).
