Looking on the Multicians site (www.multicians.org)
I discover that of the 84 known Multics sites, one was in Atlanta:

Southern Company Services, Inc. (Atlanta GA) (2 L68, 4 MSU0451, 4 MSU0501)
[1982 - ?]

(those codes translate to two CPUs).
The only other Multics sites vaguely near Atlanta were both in Tennessee.
