I htought the OP implied the system power rails were correct, it was the 
iternal 5V rail for the disk drive that was low.

Unless there's something _very_ strange about these supplies it whould be 
possiuble to reverse engineer them and troubleshoot them without an 
official schematic. Hekc, a lot of faults can probably be found without a 
schematic at all.
