I have a M8637-EH its marked 2MB Q P-BUS MOS MEM.
I intend to remove the problematical KDJ11-E from the /94 (hybrid)
chassis and replace it with a KDJ11-B and the M8637-EH to see if I can
then get the UNIBUS controllers running.
