SunOS 4

I know MemoryX in Santa Clara has at least recently had full boxed copies of SunOS 4.1.4 (aka Solaris 1.1.3) available for something like $99.

I'm unaware of whether Sun SPARC hardware carries a license for the OS with which it shipped. Some hardware companies did that, others bound the license to the media, still others bound it to a maintenance contract.
