The PS-300 was introduced in 1979, I believe.  Definitely not the 1960's.

E&S was founded in 1968, and their first product was called the LDS1 
(1969).  I've never seen one.

I had an Imlac (since given away) that was intro'd around 1968.   Nice 
stand-alone vector graphics machine.
