Yes, but, ...
I want pneumatic, NOT hydraulic.
Hydraulics are normally built around a relatively non-compressible fluid,
which makes for some minor changes in the "circuitry".
("Bleeding" a hydraulic system is to remove the compressible content.)
The magic smoke is obviously compressed.
Some very tiny components can release enormous amounts of it.
