Which app. notes?  I have one here...

to redraw it in EagleCAD, but haven't tested the circuit yet, so I
haven't published the new drawing).

If you find any other INS8073 app notes, please let me know.  I have
two (so far) INS8073-based systems - an MC-1N (documented on that
page), and an RB5X Robot.
