Don't know the board's exact function, but I can probably tell you what it goes to: the NCR 3360 Panther. It ran dual Pentiums (SMP) and had Micro Channel I/O. Came out in the Windows NT hype era, along with all those other boxes that were going to take the high end away from the PC. The NCR was pretty much PC, though, hence the OT.
