That seems to be the main one being placed OT.
Then specifying that "old" hardware and other
"old" software is on-topic, unless likewise barred.
It would be easier to create an opt-out list instead
of an opt-in list. When Microsoft Windows becomes
an abandoned project, then its opt-out status could
be reviewed.
