aha.
ftp://ftp.trumpet.com.au/tcp-abi/ntcpdrv.zip - 'new' TCP driver/TSR
ftp://ftp.trumpet.com.au/tcp-abi/tcp201.zip - old driver/TSR + utils
Note that only the old driver zip file contains the utilities (ping, ftp
etc.), but the 'old' utils seem to work happily with the new driver (I've no
idea why they don't package the utils as a separate file if they're compatible
with both driver releases!)
