MASM 6.1 vs 6.11

Buy?  I picked up the Windows Server 2003 SP1 DDK back in December for the
price of a (200 MB) download from microsoft.com.  It includes both ML
7.10.4035 and ML64 8.00.40310.39 for AMD IA64.  It also includes C++
14.00.40310.41 for AMD64 and C++ 13.10.4035 for 80x86.
