Plug that into http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/ and you get:

Given that the first three characters of the FCC ID are the FCC's applicant 
ID, Puretek's part number for that modem is likely to be PT-3020.

BTW, your messages are coming through with Japanese character encoding and 
it's fudging up the display a bit - can you check the text entry settings on 
your mail client?
