I think he's got an 8" floppy.  I'm going to guess it's from an RX01 and
mostly likely RT11. (i'll buy lunch if I'm wrong :-)

If anyone in North or South Carolina has a working RX01/RX02 I bet they
can help him out.

I can read it but I have to believe someone else is closer.
