Reading NorthStar Horizon hard sector disks on PC

The Advantage is definately hard sectored (btw, I put the full technical
manual online a while back - thick book!)
 
I've never seen a N* that was not hard-sectored, however someone mentioned
the Dimension which falls into that catagory (I've never seen one) and may
be the one Chuck was thinking about.
