this looks like an I/O module from the vintage of pdp 8/I or earlier 
8's.  the poster put in Qbus
to get more Dec types to hit the auction, rather than having any idea 
what the unit actually did.

Note that the unit probably had all the modules pulled and they look 
like they were put
back in sorted for pretty color rather than where they need to be.  So 
w/o drawings this
is a nice backplane and a lot of boards.
