Hi
It could also be a problem in the address decoder. I've also seen
interaction with another RAM on the same line as causing such
problems as well.
In the case of another RAM, it is ususally the previous RAM
accessed. It tends to stay selected a little longer than it should.
My bet is on the address decoder not selecting that RAM.
