Yes, you can find a page about it on old-computers.com.

When LCD displays became economical, there were a number of portable
terminals that all look similar to the Random Colleague.  (Talk about
a company with a sense of humor!)  Like many terminal vendors, they
realized it doesn't take much more to turn it into a personal
computer.
