List very slow?

Knowing why the list is slow, I agree it isn't that slow.  I know I 
don't typically read as many CLASSICCMP messages as made it through 
yesterday.  As frustrating as I find this situation to be, I have to 
say, I totally agree with Jay's decision, this list had gotten 
totally out of control and something needed to be done.
