OS/8 on-disk structure

I seem to have answered my own question. My program for reading files  
from an OS/8 image is working I guess. The problem seems to be that  
there are four bad blocks in my image. I'm not sure if that means  
that the original disk had bad blocks or if my imaging program had  
problems. I guess I need to find a way to attempt reading the 8"  
floppy again. Unfortunately, I've given away all of my 8" drives. :-(
